Services Offered:
1. CONSULTATION: Priced at $100.00 per hour with Pamela and $60.00 per hour with our Design Assoicate. On-site consultation with the designer inclues a brief write-up of the meeting. It may also include suggestions for changes or additions, advice on how to care for existing landscape, or discussion of any other related issues.
2. SITE ANALYSIS: To help the client become aware of the primary issues of the site. Includes evaluation of drainage issues and issues of screening from views or noise, sun/shade analysis, soil sampling and analysis. Includes written summary of issues and recommnedations.
3. DESIGN: Can range from basic conecpt sketches for a small area to complete master plans (including construction details and photographic reperesentations) for an entire property.
4. ESTIMATES + PROPOSALS: Includes an outline of all work to be completed along with cost estimates. Proposal can be divided into phases of areas of work to be completed in stages.
5. INSTALLATION: May include any of the following:
-Weed, tree, brush and soil removal
-Hardscape removal-Drainage solutions
-Soil ammendment and grading-Pruning of existing shrubs+trees
-Planting of trees, shubs, vines, perennials and annuals
-Stonework
-Water feature installation
-Lawn Installation
